Exceptional Internet treats your online privacy very seriously. We’ve been online long enough to know how much of a royal pain websites and businesses can make themselves once they get hold of a few personal details…your e-mail address for example, or your telephone number.
Worse still there are websites that don’t pay enough attention to protecting your information and leave your details lying about online for any sneaky Herbert armed with a few advanced Google searches to find.
Here at Exceptional Internet we won’t knowingly do, or allow either of those things. We will only collect minimal information from you, for example your e-mail address when you fill in the contact form or register a user account and we will not use this information or allow it to be used for any other purpose.
Occasionally of course website owners and online businesses slip up and accidentally release personal details. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure this doesn’t happen with any details you provide to us, not that we are likely to be asking for your credit card number anyway. And when we say reasonable effort we mean reasonable effort, backed by years of experience using and working with the internet, corporate networks and ecommerce platforms we are far less likely than most to make a rookie mistake and expose your details.
In addition to information that we explicitly collect we will also monitor standard website performance metrics. These metrics and the associated reports contain no personally identifiable information and will be used to improve the performance and user experience of exceptionalinternet.com only.
